Important Membership Information
The Historic Preservation League of Temple is continuing its mission to secure, preserve, and enhance the quality of life for residents of North Temple and work toward Historic Preservation and education for its membership, the City of Temple and Bell County.
We would like to thank our membership for your support and remind you of all our activities and accomplishments!

Easter Egg Hunt, July 4th Parade, Octoberfest, Neighborhood Night Out and Christmas Stroll.
Fundraisers
Historic Tour of Homes and Gala, 5-K Run and Fun Run.
Newsletter & Website
Published and mailed to nearly 800 neighbors and members to educate and inform them of upcoming events. A neighborhood website available to all residents for 24/7 information.
Banners
Our banners highlight the seasons and events in the neighborhood and inform visitors of the location of the historic district. Last year HPLT allocated $5,000.00 to repair and add banners. This work was completed in 2008!
Beautification
We work hand in hand with the City to provide neighborhood clean-up days yearly. Our work with the City of Temple on the Creek Crossings project was completed in early 2007 and funded by HPLT in collaboration with the City of Temple.
Please support our activities through a voluntary contribution of $25 (or more) per family for your 2009 dues. All the wonderful activities and events we sponsor would not be possible without your yearly dues. The current HPLT membership year is January through December 2010 and is tax deductible!

Your help through volunteering also makes our activities and events possible!
